tesa Professional 4939 Removable Universal Installation Tape, White-Translucent

The tesa Professional 4939 Installation Tape is a double-sided, removable installation tape for temporarily securing textile carpeting to a wide variety of substrates.

Description

The tesafix® 4939 Installation Tape from tesa is a double-sided installation tape featuring a strong PET fabric backing and a high-performance synthetic rubber adhesive with differentiated adhesion strengths—strong on the carpet, weaker on the substrate. The specially developed adhesive on the open side provides high initial tack while allowing for virtually residue-free removal for up to 14 days on almost all substrates (not on natural or artificial stone; a preliminary test is mandatory in these cases). The tape is ideal for the temporary installation of textile carpeting, particularly on concrete screed, and is perfectly suited for use at trade shows, exhibitions, conventions, movie premieres, and during renovation work. It can be torn by hand, is easy to remove, and offers excellent resistance to moisture, water, and chemicals.
