We’ve grown very quickly since our founding. We operate in a highly dynamic market environment where new challenges arise every day and others are resolved. Our job postings aren’t traditional “open positions” that we’re looking to fill. Instead, they represent various areas of responsibility that we’ll expand with new staff sooner or later.
We don’t mold employees to fit a position; rather, we want to tailor a position to each employee. If you apply with us, we’ll register you as a prospective candidate in the relevant department and will contact you if we see an area of responsibility that’s a good fit for your profile. Our market environment and our company’s situation are constantly changing. That’s why you won’t receive a blanket rejection or an invitation to an interview from us; instead, we’ll reach out when we can offer you a position that’s a good fit at that time.

Following the interview, we often arrange a trial day so you can get to know your team and experience a typical workday at Altruan.
