Description

Manual premixing wastes product: If the mixture is too concentrated, the cleaner is wasted; if it’s too dilute, the job must be redone. The dosing unit takes the guesswork out of the process and, using the Venturi principle, delivers a reliably consistent mixing ratio between 1:8 and 1:1000—at 14 liters per minute—depending on the selected dosing nozzle.

It is used to fill floor cleaning machines, sprayers, and similar equipment with a ready-to-use solution—ideal, for example, for consistently diluting workshop floor cleaners. The unit is suitable for acidic, neutral, and alkaline products. Any number of dosing units for different products or mixing ratios can be connected in series using a single water connection. It comes with a hose and a pressure switch.

Mount it on the wall in a workshop or car wash area, select the desired dosing nozzle, and attach it to the water connection. A pressure regulator is recommended in case of water pressure fluctuations.
