Beschreibung

Wenn eine Fixierung besonders sicher halten muss, ist Leukoplast das Rollenpflaster der Wahl. Es ist außergewöhnlich zugfest und hat eine hohe Sofort- und Dauerklebkraft — es haftet auch bei starker Belastung fest und sicher. Für Streckverbände ist genau diese Zugfestigkeit die Voraussetzung.

Der Träger besteht aus Zellwolle (Viskose) mit wasserabweisender Oberfläche, beschichtet mit einem Kautschuk-Harz-Kleber. Das Pflaster ist hautfarben, wasserabweisend sowie luft- und wasserdampfdurchlässig, ausgelegt auf normal empfindliche Haut. Es enthält Naturkautschuklatex und Kolophonium, wodurch Allergien ausgelöst werden können.

Zusammenfassung

Leukoplast ist das Pflaster für die Fälle, in denen nichts verrutschen darf — Streckverbände sind ohne diese Zugfestigkeit nicht anzulegen. Bei Latexallergie ist auf Leukosilk oder Leukofix auszuweichen.
