Description

HydroTac® comf. sacral 18x18cm is an innovative foam wound dressing with unique AquaClear Gel technology, optimally tailored to the needs of wounds in the granulation and epithelialization phases. Thanks to the combination of a gas-permeable, liquid- and microbe-impermeable polyurethane outer layer and a hydrogel coating, HydroTac® provides active, bifunctional moisture management in the wound microenvironment. The hydrogel keeps the wound moist, prevents sticking, and ensures atraumatic dressing changes. The foam layer reliably absorbs and retains exudate, even under compression. The waterproof outer layer protects against bacteria and external contaminants, making HydroTac® ideally suited for both chronic and acute wounds. A slight self-adhesive effect facilitates handling and ensures secure initial fixation to the skin.
