Description

Hartmann PermaFoam Classic is a highly effective foam dressing, ideal for the management of acute and chronic wounds with heavy to moderate exudate. Common applications include leg ulcers, Stage II–IV pressure ulcers, diabetic foot syndrome, as well as donor sites, abrasions, and incisions. The dressing consists of a hydrophilic polymer with a three-dimensional structure that effectively absorbs wound exudate and promotes a moist wound environment. The version with an adhesive border features a circumferential area coated with polyacrylate adhesive to ensure a secure hold.
