Der Cleartest Humanofecal ist ein hochsensibler, immunologischer Schnelltest zum spezifischen Nachweis von menschlichem, okkultem Blut im Stuhl.

Beschreibung

Der CLEARTEST Humanofecal ermöglicht eine schnelle, zuverlässige und hygienische Diagnose von niedrigsten Konzentrationen an fäkalem, okkultem Blut (FOB) im Stuhl. Mit einer Nachweisgrenze von nur 10 ng/ml eignet sich dieser chromatographische Immunoassay ideal für den qualitativen Nachweis im Rahmen der Vorsorge und Diagnostik. Die Probenabgabe erfolgt komfortabel über drei Tropfen, das Ergebnis ist bereits nach fünf Minuten ablesbar. Das geschlossene System minimiert das Risiko einer Kontamination und bietet höchste Sicherheit beim Transport sowie bei der Handhabung. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Guajak-Methoden spricht dieser Test ausschließlich auf menschliches Blut an und vermeidet so falsch-positive Ergebnisse durch tierische Nahrung, Gemüse oder Medikamente. Die Entnahme ist für den Patienten besonders einfach und hygienisch dank integriertem Stuhlproben-Sammler und Schraubverschluss.
