Areas of application
OCTENISEPT® GEL is used for acute skin injuries such as abrasions, cuts and slight burns as well as in sunburn and itching. In order for wounds to be able to heal optimally, they should be adequately supplied with moisture. Because for the healing process, the skin cells must be able to share and hike. This is best possible in a wet wound environment. In addition, the wound must be protected from infections.
The special formula of OCTENISEPT® Gel optimally supplies the wound with moisture and forms a protective layer in front of bacteria. This protective layer prevents germs from penetrating the wound because the germs are already inactivated in the gel. Octtenisept® Gel protects against infections and inflammation. Natural wound healing is encouraged and accelerated in this way.
The cooling effect of the OCTENISEPT® gel is relieved acute itching.
